What are some healthy food recipes?

For a good part of my life I haven't been eating very healthy. And now I'm about 30 lbs over my ideal weight. I strive to start and continue eating healthy, but can't seem to put recipes together for breakfast, lunch, and dinner through the week. So I ask you, what are some healthy recipes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner? What are some healthy food recipes?
Mexican Soup

1 small onion, chopped

1 1/2 t butter or margarine

2 c chicken broth

1 large potato peeled and diced

2 small unpeeled zucchini, diced

1 1/2 cups frozen whole kernel corn

1 can Ro-tel tomatoes

salt and pepper to taste

1 can cream style corn

1 can evaporated skim milk

In large saucepan, saute onion in butter until tender. Stir in broth, potatoes, zucchini, frozen corn, tomatoes, and salt and pepper. Simmer until potatoes and zucchini are tender. Add cream corn and milk and heat through.

Serves 4-6.

Hawaiian Chicken

1/3 c unsweetened pineapple juice

1/3 c soy sauce

1/3 c sherry wine

2 cloves minced garlic

4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts

Mix all ingredients except the chicken. Marinate chicken breasts for 3-4 hours or over night. Grill. Serves 4. The marinade adds no significant calories.

Pork Chops and Rice

6-8 pork chops

salt and pepper to taste

Pam spray (or small amount of butter)

3/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon Uncle Ben's Converted Rice

2 cans beef consomme soup

Oven Fried Potatoes

3 potatoes, unpeeled

2 egg whites

1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 t oregano

Cut potatoes into wedges, about 8 per potato. Beat egg whites, Mix oregano with Parmesan cheese. Dip potato wedges in egg white, then roll in cheese/oregano mixture. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees until browned, about 25-30 minutes.

I hope these help you.

Season pork chops with salt and pepper and brown in skillet. Place browned chops in bottom of casserole dish and add uncooked rice and the two cans of soup. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 50-55 minutes. What are some healthy food recipes?
Sugar and lack of exercise are your enemy. Stay away from coca-cola and all carbonated drinks, cakes, sweets and anything deep fried.

Keep clear of McDonalds, KFC and Pizza Hut. Eat lean meat, chicken and fish with vegies or salad for lunch and dinner. Also fruit is good for breakfast with low fat yogurt. You need to excercise at least 30 minutes per day. If you don't have time to cook go for asian soups or stir-fries. Also go easy on the carbs; bread, rice, pasta and potatoes.

These are better at lunch than dinner time when they will not be worked off.
any veggie you can think to grill top with some salt, pepper, garlic powder and lime juice...brush with veggie oil if you have to. Saute the leftovers in eggs, fill in a burrito, eat with a salad, etc.

Squash, eggplant, tomatoes, onions, mushrooms, asparagus, broccoli, peppers....they're all good....and I'm NOT a vegetarian, just a huge veggie freak!
Cut half a ripe avocado into a bowl. Peel a ruby red grapefruit and peel each individual section, taking off the ';skin';. Add to the avocado, if the grapefruit are big, half will do.

Sprinkle with garlic salt. Squeeze half a lime over the top.

Enjoy.
