I am trying to lose weight and i m looking for some healthy recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. help!!?

Eat healthy balance of fruits and veggies,....try this,....


for breakfast a slice ot toast with a nice spread no butter,..


or1 wheat waffle,...a bowl of fruit as much as you like,...


1 bowl of whole grain cereal,...glass of fruit juice,....Lunch

TEA DIET OR REGULAR;'' (WITH CITRUS),...A PIECE OF FRUIT,...DINNER READY MADE SALAD MIX,...SLICED


AND PEELED CUCUMBERS,...SLICED TOMATOES,..


TYSONS CHICKEN OR STEAK STRIPS FULLY COOKED


YOU CHOOSE FLAVORS,..SPRINKLE FEW-STRIPS ON SALAD,..CHOOSE YOUR FAVORITE SALAD DRESSING

Low Fat Breakfast Recipe:


German Apple and Sausage Pancake





1/2 cup flour





2 tsp granulated sugar





1/4 tsp baking soda





3/4 cup buttermilk





2 eggs





1/8 tsp cream of tartar





1 small apple, cored





2 brown-and-serve sausage links (1 oz), cooked and cut lengthwise intohalves





1/2 tsp apple pie spice








This is what you do:





Preheat oven to 375 F (190 C)





Mix flour in a mixing bowl, 1 tsp sugar, and the baking soda. Set aside.





In a separate bowl, beat together the buttermilk and egg yolks, and set aside.





In another bowl, beat the egg whites till foamy. Then add the cream tartar and continue beating till stiff (but not dry).





Stir the buttermilk mix into the dry ingredients till smooth, and fold in the beaten egg whites.





Spray an oven proof tray with cannola oil.





Spread the batter evenly on the oven proof tray.





Place the sausage halves and sliced apple on top of the batter.





Combine the remaining sugar with the apple pie spice, and sprinkle over the pancake batter.





Bake it for about 20 minutes.

* 1 baked potato stuffed with 1 cup prepared vegetarian bean chili and topped with 1/4 cup plain soy yogurt and 1 tablespoon shredded soy cheese





* 1 cup grapes





and for dinner


Vegetable-Bean Stew


1 tablespoon(s) olive oil


1 medium onion, chopped


2 clove(s) garlic, crushed with press


1 1/2 teaspoon(s) curry powder


1 1/2 teaspoon(s) ground cumin


1/4 teaspoon(s) salt


1 can(s) (14 1/2-ounce) diced tomatoes


1 can(s) (14- to 15-ounce) reduced-sodium chicken broth or vegetable broth


1 can(s) (15- to 19-ounce) garbanzo beans (chickpeas), rinsed and drained


12 ounce(s) carrots (3 medium), peeled and cut into 1-inch chunks


12 ounce(s) parsnips (3 medium), peeled and cut into 1-inch chunks


1 cup(s) water


1 large zucchini, cut into 1/2-inch chunks


1/4 cup(s) (loosely packed) fresh mint leaves, chopped


DIRECTIONSIn 5- to 6-quart saucepot, heat oil on medium until hot. Add onion and cook 8 to 10 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in garlic, curry, cumin, and 1/4 teaspoon salt; cook 30 seconds, stirring. Add tomatoes, broth, beans, carrots, parsnips, and water; heat to boiling on medium-high.


Reduce heat to medium; cover and cook 10 minutes. Stir in zucchini; cover and cook 10 to 15 minutes longer or until vegetables are tender. Remove saucepot from heat; stir in mint.








Nutritional information is based on a 2-cup serving.

Breakfast: A cup of Ice Water! Mmmmmm.....I love waking up with a water craving.





Lunch: Maybe Ice Cubes for a bit of a crunch for something different than breakfast. I feel the bits going down my throat.





Dinner: Crushed Ice with squirt of lemon. Yum! My mouth is watering!





You will totally loose weight! hahaha
For breakfast try having cereal with skim milk and a fruit. Lunch - a turkey sandwich with no mayo, dinner, any lean piece of meat or fish that equals the palm of your hand, along with steamed veggies and whoole grain rice.
