What are some good healthy lunch/breakfast recipes?

anyone have some of their own or a website Id find helpful?What are some good healthy lunch/breakfast recipes?
Hi. I go to this site all the time for healthy recipes or something just to cook for the family. It's called, ';Kraft Foods';. You can scroll down to what your looking for and then you can see pictures of the finished meal or whatever. And they also have the Nutrition Facts down there also. So you know what your making. To tell you the truth, I think Kraft Foods are a whole lot better than All Recipes or any other site. Their site is so oragaized.

Hope You Like It!!!What are some good healthy lunch/breakfast recipes?
This is a neat site. Lots of recipes from Bed and Breakfasts around the U.S. Not only breakfast items, though.

Granola Fruit Kabobs

';This is a terrific dish to serve at morning gatherings and meetings. It serves like an appetizer, but makes for a very healthy and satisfying breakfast.';

Cooked Rice Cereal

';If I was on Survivor, my luxury items would be cinnamon, sugar and milk so that I could share this easy, tasty treat with my tribe. They would never vote me off!';

Low Carb Pumpkin Pancakes

';Serve with your favorite topping. Be sure to make the pancakes a little smaller than usual since they're a little fragile (no flour to hold them together as good as standard pancakes).';
first you should estimate your estimated energy required level as well as what exercise you will be doing to work out the most desire meal. For me I eat a lot of fresh fruit in the morning and foods with rich vitamins and protein. For lunch food with high energy is acceptable.
Home fries.

Sliced parboiled (or steamed) potato that has been chilled. Chopped onion and garlic. Add some capers, sliced green olives and chilis (if you like spicy food). Fry in a pan, add a little salt, pepper, parsley. Keep warm while you fix a couple of eggs sunny-side up, over easy, poached or coddled, just be sure yolks isn't cooked. Put eggs on top of potatoes and chow down.

A little bacon or sausage on the side will help harden your arteries even faster.
