Easy healthy recipes a 13 year old boy can make?

I know pretty much nothing about cooking, the most amazing thing i've ever made was boiling ramen and putting an egg in it, haha! But my mom has been working 3-11 lately, and with school coming back I'd like to know any simple but healthy recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and some things I could have for a snack, too. :D

If I don't get any awnsers i'll probably just live off of Lean Cuisine because I want to eat healthier, haha~

As long as you can get your mum to make sure there is a supply of fresh vegetables in the fridge and various types of meat in the fridge or freezer, you can do some pretty simple things with these.

Boiling vegetables or even microwave them and use things like lemon juice or seasoning mixes to add flavour.

Cooking the meat, whether it be chicken, fish, beef etc. is pretty simple, just use a pan and a little oil.

This is how I cook for myself when I want something simple and healthy.Easy healthy recipes a 13 year old boy can make?
For breakfast - grab cereal or fruit or make smoothies, maybe have some hard boiled eggs on hand.

Lunch - Classic sandwiches, carrot sticks, whatever mom makes you probably could too.

Snacks - fruit, yogurt, sun chips, carrot sticks %26amp; celery

Dinner - steam vegetables, rice, pasta. Shrimp is a really easy meat to cook tons of ways - when it turns pink it's done.

On the weekend make a roast or whole chicken in the Crock Pot and you'll have dinner for a few nights - just throw in the meat and a package of onion soup mix and water, turn on and leave it alone for several hours. Add veggies and taters if you want.
An easy and versatile dinner is baked potatoes...

Cook a whole, washed potato in the microwave. Then add toppings and cook in moderate oven till crispy and the topping is hot.

Suggestions:

Baked beans %26amp; cheese

Bacon, spring onions %26amp; sour cream

Tomato Salsa and cheese

leftover Spaghetti sauce

leftover chilli

- just use your imagination for the toppings.

I'd also suggest looking in magazines and cookbooks for inspiration. Your local library is sure to have some if you don't have them at home.

Good luck with the cooking!!

you can make wraps, salads, boiled veggies, mashed potatoes, spam and eggs over rice, and etc. I pretty much know too many recipes, so you can add me as contact and we can talk some more. And living off of Lean Cuisine isn't that healthy. D:
