i chop up some vegetables like red and yellow peppers, courgettes, tomatoes, red onion and a little chicken or turkey and roast it all in the oven at about 210 degrees C for like 25 - 30 mins oh and put cayane pepper or chilli powder and a tiny bit of olive oil, its tastes really good and is really healthy
