What are some healthy , filling lunch recipes?

I need some healthy lunch recipes for lunch, but they need to be filling.What are some healthy , filling lunch recipes?
chicken salad, made with chicken of course, dice celery, apples grapes halved, and lite mayo. walnut can be also added. Serve with crackers or bread of your choice. Chicken is a protein and stays with you longer. Enjoy!! :DWhat are some healthy , filling lunch recipes?
hey i think soups,vegetable lunch dishes,chicken recipes type of food is healthy.... i love this recipe its delicious try it:its called Stovetop Grilled Cheese Sandwich and heres the recipe











this is a all-time favorite can be made on the stovetop. A nonstick skillet is all you need to heat up yummy grilled cheese sandwiches for a quick and easy snack or light lunch.





Ingredients


2 tablespoons butter, divided


2 slices bread


2 slices processed American cheese


Cooking Instructions


Heat a small skillet to medium high heat. Spread a thin layer of butter on one side of both bread slices; place one slice bread, buttered-side-down, in hot skillet. Immediately place both cheese slices on bread and cover with second bread slice, butter-side-up. When first side is browned, turn over and brown other side. Remove from heat and let cool 2 to 3 minutes before serving.and in others there is my favorite salad try this too if you want to its called:Corn Chip Salad and here is the recipe Ingredients


1 pound ground beef


1 large head lettuce, chopped


1-1/2 cups diced tomatoes


1 large onion, diced


1-1/2 cups diced sharp Cheddar cheese


1/2 cup diced Monterey Jack cheese


2 (15 ounce) cans kidney beans, drained


8 ounces thousand island salad dressing


1 (16 ounce) package corn chips


Cooking Instructions


In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until evenly browned. Drain fat and set aside to cool.


In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, lettuce, tomatoes, onion, Cheddar cheese, Jack cheese and kidney beans. Cover and chill for at least an hour.


Right before serving, add the dressing and corn chips and toss until evenly coated. Corn chips stand in as the crunchy croutons in this taco salad that tosses together ground beef, beans, lettuce, tomatoes and cheese in a thousand island vinaigrette for a colorful crowd pleaser.
Cold roast beef sandwiches! Some tomato, onion, horseradish cream sauce, whatever you want on a french baguette or a bun!





P.S. Find some grass fed beef, it's MUCH healthier, and better for the cows and environment too!
Multigrain bread, cheese, fruit, raw vegies.





Apples and peanut butter.





Salad with heavier raw vegetables like broccoli and cauliflower.





Whole grain cereal and skim or 1/2% milk or soy or rice milk.
Boneless grilled chicken breast topped with roasted red peppers with a drizzle of pesto sauce and topped with a piece of mozzarella cheese put in an oven at 350 for about 4 minutes maybe place on a piece of wholemeal bread with garlic mayonnaise...Yum!!!!!

2 cans cream of mushroom soup


2 boxes macaroni and cheese


1 lb hamburger meat





cook hamburger meat...and macaroni...mix everything together

1 chicken breast


1 med. potato


1 can asparagus or green beans





One hour before time to eat, wash and remove skin from chicken breast. Season with Tony's creole seasoning and wrap in foil. Cut potato in half and season with Tony's. Then, wrap in foil. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Heat vegetables and you have a good healthy lunch.
