I'm a senior Girl Scout and I'm currently trying to earn my Gold Award. For my project, I'm compiling a cookbook of healthy recipes for kids who have eating issues. I need at least 50 healthy, kid approved recipes for the book.
Anyone have suggestions?Healthy Recipes for Kids?
Ants on a log
celery sticks
peanut butter
raisins or cranberries
spread penaut butter on celery and top with raisins so it looks like aunts on a log.

There are a lot of recipes out there that are healthy and targeted for kids. A couple of sites to look at:
www.healthyfridge.org
www.kidshealth.org
www.healthy-kid-recipes.com
www.eatingwell.com
Hope this helps. Good luck.
what kind of eating issues? are they just picky eaters or do they eat too much?
EDIT: not sure if this will help. It has to do with baby food but I'm sure it can be modified. www.wholesomebabyfood.com is a good site for healthy stuff.
Try this healthy hummus recipe I included on my Prevention Buzz Blog - It's great for kids because they can dip vegetables or pita chips in it. Yum! http://buzz.prevention.com/community/emily09/eating-your-vitamins
