Healthy soup recipes with not a lot of ingredients?

I have absolutely no ready-made food in my house. Basically I have chicken broth/stock, mixed veggies, cans of beans (kidney and black) a little broccoli, a bunch of spices, possibly a frozen chicken breast or two. Is there any recipes that you can give me that doesn't require many ingredients?Healthy soup recipes with not a lot of ingredients?
dice the chicken breast and saute in a small amount of oil or butter. Add the broth and mixed veg and a bit of rice if you have it. Season with salt and pepper and if you have a bay leaf and some garlic and onion, drop that in, tasting as you go. Simmer for about a half an hour or until flavors are blended and rice is done.

You can use pasta instead of the rice if you wish.Healthy soup recipes with not a lot of ingredients?
Oklahoma Tortilla Soup

3 onions chopped

8 c chicken broth

1 t garlic

1 can (7 oz) green chilies

20 oz cooked chicken chunks

1 can (28 oz) whole peeled tomatoes, drained and diced

corn tortilla strips

Monterey Jack cheese

Combine onion and chicken broth. Add garlic; cover, bring to a boil over medium heat 10 minutes. Add chilies, chicken and tomatoes and cook 10 minutes more. Fry tortilla strips until crisp. Place a mound of cheese in the bottom of soup bowl; fill with hot soup. Garnish with tortilla strips and additional cheese.
I love chicken soup, the way i make mine is by putting a bit of olive oil in a pot and sauteeing some onions and adding the thawed chicken in and seasoning with your spices of choice. Then once you get a nice color on the chicken, you add the stock and let it heat up. Then you add the beans if they are cooked till they warm through and add the veggies in just enough to warm through also so they dont turn mushy. Dont forget that salt brings out the best flavors! ( dont over salt though)

Tomatoe Basil is a very good healthy soup, with basically no ingredients other than a can of 74:40 which is tomato pulps and fresh basil,and sugar to your sweetness not to sweet though and make sure it's not bitter.
Yumm, I could go for some soup right now.

Basically thaw out the chicken, throw in the chicken broth and add in the mixed veggies and beans, garlic is good, so is salt and lemon juice. Really just go with what you like on the spices. Cook and enjoy. (;
