Hi! :D
Can anyone share some healthy recipes for any of the following items?
Butternut squash
Oatmeal (I know how to cook porridge, but I'm looking for healthy ways to sweeten it etc and make it more exciting :) )
Spinach
Salmon
Feel free to post any other healthy recipes you have, they don't have to include the ones I listed, just as long as its healthy and can be made on a student budget! :D Thanks!Does anyone have any good healthy recipes?
i would say that a lasagna.
2 can dices tomato
500g lean meat(minced)
tomato paste
pepper
thinly sliced carrot
zucchini
pumpkin**
spinach**
oatmeal**
onion
WHite sauce.
cup of wholemeal flour
cup of low fat milk
cup of low fat cheese
cook up the meat and onion, then add the tomatoes, add the other finely sliced vegetables, and tomato paste and stir until thick enough, and veggies are moderate cooked. when the sauce is done, then start on the white sauce. sift flour into saucepan then add milk, stir until all stirred through, then add the cheese and stir in as well. you have to make sure that the sauce is not too thick but thick enough.
then of course start the layers on the last layer mix some bread crumbs with oatmeal and the remains of the sauce, . put in a oven at 180 for 35-45 minutes, then hay presto.Does anyone have any good healthy recipes?
I love your question. If I want a BLT that's what I will order. If I want a steak I want to taste the steak. If I want a hamburger I want to taste the hamburger. If I want a tuna sandwich I want to taste the tuna. Why would I want to disguise the taste of what I want to eat by trying to get too fancy and trying to make the taste something it is not?
