yeah have ur cereal without milk or with soymilk. and u can have. broiled fish with mixed steamed vegetables for dinner and also i would strongly recommend boiled lintels to healthy eaters. they are high in fiber and protein, and you don't have to add any oil to them. so if you put some lintels in water and boil them, tyou can have a fat free, super high in fiber, and super high in protein food with not much calories. just remember not to put so much water, because you don't want to drain all the juicy part! and also, don't put them on high on the stove. because the inside will not get cooked.
