2 pints of vegetable stock add a pinch of tofu, stir thoughrouly and soya and linseed oils coagulated to a gloop. Consume with a spoon and a smile.
for lunch i might have salmon or another kind of fish or chicken.i have an awesome chicken dish and its the easiest thing ive ever made.spray a tray with oil...not too much!!!....place down chicken thighs and cover in salsa.cover with foil and cook for 20mins in oven.the chicken is sooo soft and tender and healthy too.i also make up brown rice and i put broccoli, carrot, cauliflower,peas and corn in it and i trick myself into thinking its fried rice! for a small snack in between meals i have lots of fruit, but seeing as thats not an option for you i also have some thin rice cakes with low fat cottage cheese on top and then tomato on top with salt and pepper.very yummy! im addicted to lollies aswell so instead of eating gummy bears and everything else i now chew sugar free extra chewing gum.eases the cravings.hope this helps!
One of my faves is cutting up tomatoes and cucumbers into little bits, adding some tzatziki sauce and feta cheese, blending everything together like a salsa and scooping it onto low-fat corn chips :) It's totally YUMMY :) My all-time favorite snack is a banana as it is the perfect food, but that's out for you, hmmm... I also love cottage cheese with little grape tomatoes thrown in, also low-fat cheese on little crackers with a dill pickle on the side :) I also make my own trail mix with cashews, Cheerios, sunflower seeds, dried cranberries, dried mango, dried cantaloupe, and raisins, are you allergic to dried fruit as well?
Also have an 8 oz glass of 1% moo juice, or tomato juice, or icy cold water with your little snack!
Do an online search for healthy snacks and you'll get tons of great ideas :) Eating healthier makes you feel so much better, a little sparklier w/ lots more energy :)
