I don't have recipies, but try whole wheat pasta instead of plain. Also, tomato sauce with less sodium and sugar (you'd be amazed at the amount of salt and sugar in a jar of spaghetti sauce). Plus, if you throw a little bit of meat in, like ground beef or turkey, you will increase the protein, which also makes it healthier. What sort of healthy pasta recipes can i have for my lunch any recipe ideas around 300 calories?
This is a really delicious pasta salad recipe that I made for lunch yesterday...1 serving is only about 200 calories! The recipe makes about 6 servings. Enjoy!

8 ounces rotini pasta

1 large tomato (chopped)

1 medium green pepper (chopped)

1 medium red pepper (chopped)

1 can sliced black olives

1 small onion (chopped, if desired)

1/4 cup parmesan cheese

1 (8 ounce) bottle Kraft sun-dried tomato salad dressing

Cook pasta according to directions, about 8 minutes.

stirring occasionally While pasta is cooking, chop tomato, peppers and onion into very small pieces.

Mix with drained olives.

Drain Rotini and rinse with cold water for about 3 minutes.

Mix pasta with tomato, peppers, onion and olives.

Put in the refrigerator for about 1/2 an hour.

Add salad dressing and mix well.

Add Parmesan cheese and mix well.

Serve immediately.

If you have left overs, You will have to';re-wet'; it by adding a little more salad dressing the next day, especially if you subsitute the dressing with a fat-free dressing.
I make this somtimes.. It's really good. All you have to do is boil whole wheat noodles, meanwhile saute some veggies.. Such as mushrooms, brocolli, carrots, onions, green and red peppers, celery, pretty much anything you want. Once they are soft add a can of cream of mushroom soup to the pan in which the vegetables are in. You can add in water if you want it to be more liquidy. Then when the noodles are done you just cover it in the soup mix. Mmm.
Here's a fettucine alfredo recipe and is only 80.5 calories =)
I make my hubby a toss of a tiny bit of olive oil, broccoli, red peppers, and chicken w/ whole wheat pasta. Lots of garlic and Italian herbs/spices make it taste good.

Also, chicken cacciatore is okay if you make it by sauteing a little chicken, peppers, onions, and mushrooms in a nonstick pan and then adding a jarred sauce to it to serve over pasta. again, lots of seasoning.
how about this one
