What are some easy, quick, few ingredient, semi-healthy recipes? Anything would help!!! :)?

They say stir-fry is relatively healthy especially if you put more vegetables than meat. Like you could take any kind of meat - chicken, pork, steak whatever. Then onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, broccoli any kind of vegetables that you like basically and fry them up in a frying pan with maybe a little bit of fat-free italian dressing. It's quick, easy, and pretty healthy.What are some easy, quick, few ingredient, semi-healthy recipes? Anything would help!!! :)?
